Born and raised San Jose, Steven grew up immersed in the culinary world. Working tirelessly in his mothers bakery prepared him for the hard work and creative rewards that were soon to follow him in his career. It was while attending San Jose State, and he was working as a food expediter, that he decided to attend the PCI in Campbell to really start refining his tallent. Working diligently on the fine details of his craft has always been a passion. His love for his family and his beautiful wife Beth inspire him everyday.
